Phi Delta Theta - Fiery Opals

Length: 7/16" Width: 5/16" Sword Length: 1" Mass: 2.5 grams

Here is a smaller Phi Delta Theta pin 16 beautiful fiery opals and 1 diamond. This sword is extra long compared to pins of equal size. It is not engraved on the back which makes it ready for your initials. The vintage bunny-ear clasp helps dates this pin to the early 1910s. Considering it's age, this pin is in outstanding shape and looks like it's new.

Phi Delta Theta - Matching Pins

SMALL: Length: 1/2" Width: 3/8" Sword Length: 3/4" Mass: 3.1 grams

Here is a unique situation where we have 2 matching Phi Delta Theta pins. They both have the same engraving on the back which says, "P. M. B., Ohio Theta, 681." The Ohio Theta chapter was founded at the University of Cincinnati in 1898. In 1949 there were 683 members of this chapter which means this pin is either from 1949 or 1948. The big pin has 15 seed pearls, 3 rubies and a diamond. The small pin has 13 seed pearls, 3 rubies and a diamond. Both pins are guaranteed to be at least 10k gold.

Phi Delta Theta - c. 1944

Length: 9/16" Width: 7/16" Sword Length: 7/8" Mass: 4.2 grams

Here is a Phi Delta Theta pin with 3 sapphires, 15 seed pearls and 1 diamond. It is engraved on the back with, "C. W. C. JR, Kansas Alpha, 843." The Kansas Alpha chapter was founded at the University of Kansas in 1882. In 1940 there were 720 members in this chapter and in 1949 there were 1,032 which means we can safely estimate this pin to be from circa 1944. Previous seller tested the gold to be 14k and diamond to be geniune.

Here is a beautiful Phi Delta Theta pin in white gold with 16 seed pearls and 1 diamond. It is engraved on the back with, "W.S.M., Va B, '35." The Virginia Beta chapter was founded at University of Virginia in 1873. This pin is in impeccable condition!

Phi Delta Theta c.1910

Length: 1/2" Width: 3/8" Sword Length: 13/16" Mass: 1.9 grams

This is a unique old Phi Delta Theta badge with 16 seed pearls and a genuine diamond in the center. The style of this badge is rarely seen and is from a rarely used maker of which the pin is stamped. It is engraved on the back, "DCK" and the maker's mark. The bullet clasp verifies the antique aging of this badge to be around 1910.

Phi Delta Theta - Small

Here is a small Phi Delta Theta badge, that has been turned into a pendant, with 13 seed pearls, 3 diamonds and the typical diamond in the center of the shield. It is engraved on the back with, "R.W. BALDWIN, '20, WIS A."The Wisconsin Alpha chapter was founded at the University of Wisconsin in 1857 and was inactive 1861-1880 and 1970-1977. One pearl (2nd down from the left corner diamond) is damaged as shown. The pearl 4th down from the right corner diamond has minimal damage. The rest of the pearls are in good shape especially for their 90 years on this badge!

This very old Phi Delta Theta badge is beautifully adorned with 18 seed pearls and 1 diamond in the middle. The back is engraved with "R.C.Marscher, NY. E, '15". The New York Epsilon chapter was founded at Syracuse in 1887.The pin is in mint condition with an old bullet clasp of the era. This is a great collector's item!

Here is a smaller Phi Delta Theta pin. It is engraved on the back with, "L. C. D., Ohio Gamma, 3-3-29" and the maker's mark. The Ohio Gamma chapter was founded at Ohio State University in 1868 and was inactive 1976-1980. The neat vintage barrel clasp confirms the vintage of this pin is in the 1920's.

Here is a smaller Phi Delta Theta pin. It is engraved on the back with, "W.E.F., New York Beta., 426, Zeta " The New York Beta chapter was founded at Union University in 1883. In 1940 there were 372 members of this chapter and in 1949 there 464 in 1949. With this information we can safely assume this pin is from the mid '40s.

The Wyoming Alpha chapter was founded at the University of Wyoming in 1934. In 1957 there were 493 members of this chapter, which means we can safely estimate this pin to be from 1958. Although it is not stamped, this pin is guaranteed to be at least 10k gold.
